Pompadour Restaurant

www.hilton.co.uk/caledonian

Originally built in 1903, this traditional style building was part of the old Caledonian railway station. The Caledonian Hotel has been a distinguished landmark on the Edinburgh skyline, standing as it does in the shadow of Edinburgh Castle. The Pompadour Restaurant, located on the Entresol level, was named after Louis XV's mistress, Madame de Pompadour. In 1925 the original Drawing Room was transformed into the Pompadour Restaurant.

Caley Afternoon Tea

Enjoy the Caley Afternoon Tea in the splendour and comfort of the Pompadour Restaurant whilst overlooking Edinburgh Castle and Princes Street. Afternoon Tea is served daily from 2pm to 5pm. For a special occasion, indulge in the Celebration Afternoon Tea, which includes a glass of Champagne to top off a perfect day.

Dinner

For dinner the Pompadour showcases Scotland's finest seafood and beef plus the highest quality seasonal produce Scotland has to offer provided by our local suppliers. Enjoy spectacular views of Edinburgh Castle and Princes Street and watch Edinburgh come alive as night falls over the city.
