Openning soon, l'escargot blanc will deliver hight quality simple dishes from the French terroir using mainly ingredients sourced from local producers, farmers and growers within Scotland but also producers direct from France for traditional products that we couldnt possibly avoid in a decent French environment.
We have now built a portfolio of about 50 local suppliers for both L'escargot bleu and blanc and 20 from France, like Mme Duffieux in Auvergne who has been making saucisson d'auvergne for the last 45 years or Maison Rivallan who has been making Andouille for the last 100 years.
Petit Paris is now close and I will take the opportunity to thanks all our customers for the last 5 years at the Westend restaurant and please bear with us we will reopen as soon as possible with a new restaurant and in the meantime come and see us at L'escargot bleu in Broughton Street.
