Restaurant Martin Wishart is celebrating its tenth Anniversary in style.
With one Michelin Star and four AA Rosettes, the icing on the cake came with the fourth consecutive 8/10 Score in this year’s Good Food Guide, confirming its place as Scotland’s top restaurant and now listing it as one of the top fourteen in the UK.

Wishart forged has skills in the kitchens of super-chefs such as Marc Meneau, Albert and Michel Roux and Marco Pierre White. His focus is local but his training and ambition have always been international and his reputation now spreads far beyond the city limits and even national borders.

The doors which Martin and Cecile Wishart opened in 1999 with just four staff now play host to a kitchen, front-of-house and management team of over twenty five: one member of staff for every two guests. Martin directs almost every service and the restaurant is a bastion of elegant simplicity, where classical French traditions and a lightness of touch, plus exciting food combinations and first-class Scottish produce make for a stunning dining experience.

At £24.50 the Du Jour Lunch Menu is the best value Michelin-starred meal you are ever going to find.
