The Doric has been embedded in the Edinburgh dining scene
for over 40 years and has evolved with customers’ changing
tastes for eclectic food styles as well as the traditional
fayre for which it is renowned, being noted for its friendly
and informal atmosphere.
The Doric uses the finest of fresh Scottish ingredients to
create traditional and modern Scottish dishes. The menu changes
daily and includes seafood, game and vegetarian dishes with
a selection of sumptuous home made desserts. Food is served
