This is a very nice place to eat, the atmosphere is there, the food is fresh and tasty and the Managment very freindly, perfect place to go to eat drink and make freinds, i would recomend it anytime. Gordon

The staff are fabulous - welcoming & natural. The food is awesome - if not a little filling! Wine list - Extensive & "well rounded" Desserts - Delicious if you have room. (Try the white chocolate cookie cake)

Reassuringly predictable: I came to Edinburgh in 2000 and soon made this restaurant my "local". We are now in 2007 and I NEVER had a single bad experience at Viitoria's. The staff are nice and friendly and the food is the best value for money you can buy in Edinburgh. They also have a great breakfast menu. Try the "Tagliatelle Vittoria" - it's my favourite! I sincerly hope this place is going on forever, we love it and I never tire to recommend it to folk!

We went to the George IV Bridge restaurant on the advice of a barmaid. The mushroom starter was the best we have ever tried. Both pizzas and pastas were gorgeous. It is the best Italian I have ever been to. 10 out of 10! Amazing value for such a high quality meal. The staff were very friendly and obviously enjoying their jobs! Bar Kohl across the road is great too!
