The following menu is a sample of what is on offer in our current Dine Around Edinburgh promotion - two courses, choose from starter/main or main/dessert. £15 per person
 
Wafers of Gravadlax served with Leaves cordoned with a Horseradish and Dill Cream
 
Panfried Breast of Pigeon set on a bed of leek mash served with a red wine reduction
 
Haggis spring roll served with creamed "Neeps" served with a whisky sauce
 
Caramelised onions and goats cheese tart served with tomato salad
 
Main Course:
Medallions of Angus beef served with a classic Brandy and black peppercorn sauce
 
Pan seared Vension served with a fresh berry and Cassis sauce
 
Fillet of habitat topped with a herb crust served with a garlic and tomato butter
 
Breast of Guinea fowl stuffed with black pudding served with an apple and smoked Bacon sauce
 
(Vegeterian option available)
 
The above to be served with a medley of Seasonal vegetables
